Domestic Shipping (India)
Standard Shipping: Absolutely free on all orders.
Delivery Timeline: Estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a live tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.

Express Shipping
Currently, express shipping is not available. We're working on launching faster delivery options soon for select cities.

Where We Ship
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
At this time, international shipping is not available via the website. For overseas delivery inquiries, please write to us at info@modoitaly.com

Pre-orders & Custom Items
Pre-order or Limited-Edition Bags may have longer lead times. Delivery estimates will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Made-to-order items, if introduced, will require additional processing time. Our team will keep you informed throughout.

Multiple Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, your order may be split into multiple shipments depending on product availability or fulfillment location. You will receive separate tracking details for each package if this happens.

Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to deliver on time, certain unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, high-volume periods (sales/festivals), or courier delays may impact delivery schedules. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Taxes & Duties
All prices listed on the site are inclusive of applicable taxes within India. There are no hidden fees or COD charges.
