How long will Shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer Returns and Refunds? 
Yes, we offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
What if I receive a damaged product? 
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@modobags.com with your order number and clear photos of the product within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible
