However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly Returns & Exchange Policy.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, dust bags, and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, stains, alterations, or have missing packaging components will not be accepted for return, replacement or exchange.
Important Note: Any return, replacement, exchange, or damage-related claim will only be accepted if supported with a clear unboxing video proof, captured from the moment the package is opened. Requests without unboxing proof will not be eligible.
To initiate a return, replacement or exchange, simply email us at info@modoitaly.com, mentioning your order number, item details, and the reason for return or exchange, along with the unboxing video.
Our team will review your request within 2 working days of receiving the video and details. Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps and arrange for a reverse pickup through our logistics partners. Please ensure the item is securely repacked in its original packaging for safe return transit.
Kindly note that personalized, customized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, replacement or exchange under any circumstances. Additionally, products purchased during promotional offers, including Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Flash Sales, or Final Sale events, are only eligible for exchange or replacement in case of damaged or incorrect delivery. Items received as free gifts or part of bundled promotions are considered final sale and cannot be returned, replaced or exchanged.
In case you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to info@modoitaly.com. Attach your unboxing video clearly showing the issue to help us assess the situation accurately. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. This process may take up to 48 hours. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued either as a full amount to your original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference). Store credit is provided instantly for faster reuse, while refunds to the original payment method may take standard bank processing timelines. This store credit is valid for a lifetime and is applicable to both prepaid and COD orders.
Refunds are credited in approximately 5–7 business days, subject to standard bank and payment gateway processing timelines.
Replacements are processed in approximately 5–7 business days after verification and receipt of the returned item.
Exchanges are processed in approximately 5–7 business days after verification and confirmation of the new item’s availability.
The replacement or exchange product will be delivered to you according to the shipping time required for delivery, similar to your original order.
