"How do I repair my Modo bag?

At Modo, we believe in thoughtful craftsmanship and lasting design. While our bags are made to endure, we understand that occasional wear and tear is inevitable. That’s why we offer a dedicated repair service to extend the life of your beloved Modo piece. If your bag experiences any manufacturing-related issues within the first year—including stitching, hardware, or structural defects—we’ll repair it free of charge under our warranty. After the first year, repairs can still be arranged for a standard fee. Once your bag reaches our workshop, our skilled team will evaluate its condition to ensure it can be safely restored without compromising quality. Please note that while we’re happy to fix structural concerns, we are unable to remove stains or refurbish leather. Repairs typically take 4–6 weeks. If a repair isn’t possible, your bag will be returned and any applicable fees will be refunded. Repair, don’t replace—it’s a conscious choice for both your wardrobe and the planet

Our team will guide you through the repair request and arrange for your item to be sent to our Repair Workshop for expert evaluation. Bringing your receipt or order confirmation can help us locate your purchase details more efficiently. If visiting a store isn’t possible, you may also mail your item directly to our workshop. Simply download and complete the Repair Request Form, and include it in your package. We recommend using a reliable, insured, and trackable courier service to ensure your item reaches us safely. Once received, our specialists will assess the bag and keep you informed throughout the process.
